At times we have to deal with some crimes that happen against our colleagues. Sometimes its a real bear to keep all of the information straight. Lately I have starting mapping our incidents! This really helps with trends analysis, giving up to date risk information to people, keeping them away from dangerous areas, etc. Just to give you an idea of how helpful this can be, here is an example of a map of incidents here.
